How much does shipping cost for orders within the United States?All U.S. domestic orders have a flat shipping rate of $9.99. We use USPS to ship our packages and it typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you have any special requests for express shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment?Nello Vintage is not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment. Please contact the shipping service provider if there any aforementioned problems for resolving. If a package tracking number shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, NELLO Vintage will not be held responsible.

Do you offer international shipping?Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, all international orders are subject to a minimum cost of $23. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout using an automated USPS shipping calculator. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order. Please note that NELLO Vintage is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be imposed by your country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

What is Nello Vintage's return policy?At Nello Vintage, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We offer a refund or exchange policy for all items purchased from Nello Vintage. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding an item please e-mail nellovintage@gmail.com for further descriptions, pictures, or videos of your possible purchase. All items with minor flaws will be listed in the product description for your reference. In the case that an item is not as specified and you are dissatisfied with your purchases please contact NELLO Vintage to resolve the issue. Any shipment return cost will be made by the customer within 14 days of purchase. A confirmation email will be sent when the product is returned.

Are all items in perfect condition?As a vintage store, NELLO Vintage carries items that are pre-owned and subject to imperfections and minor wear. However, we strive to provide the highest quality of items and those with minor imperfections will be described in detail in the item's description. We believe that these imperfections add character and uniqueness to each item, making them even more special. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please don't hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.
