What does U.S. shipping cost, and how long does it take?

All U.S. domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $9.99. We use USPS, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. If you need express shipping, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help!

What if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first so they can help resolve it. If tracking shows the order was delivered, but you can’t locate it, Nello Vintage can’t be held responsible for the missing package. We recommend checking with neighbors, your front desk, or your local carrier office too!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, all international orders are subject to a minimum cost of $23. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout using an automated USPS shipping calculator. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
