Nello Vintage is not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment. Please contact the shipping service provider if there any aforementioned problems for resolving. If a package tracking number shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, NELLO Vintage will not be held responsible.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, all international orders are subject to a minimum cost of $23. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout using an automated USPS shipping calculator. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order. Please note that NELLO Vintage is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be imposed by your country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
