If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first so they can help resolve it. If tracking shows the order was delivered, but you can’t locate it, Nello Vintage can’t be held responsible for the missing package. We recommend checking with neighbors, your front desk, or your local carrier office too!
Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, all international orders are subject to a minimum cost of $23. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout using an automated USPS shipping calculator. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order. Please note that NELLO Vintage is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be imposed by your country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
